The Department of Agriculture Forest Service is soliciting quotations for a new Orchard Air-Blast Sprayer, fully assembled and delivered to its Pecan Breeding & Genetics Program facility in Early, Texas, with proposals due September 21, 2026 at 12:30 PM Mountain Time. The sprayer must include all accessories required for safe operation in an agricultural research environment and carry a one-year minimum warranty. Delivery to 701 C.C. Woodson Road, Early, Texas 76802 must occur within 60 days of order receipt. One firm-fixed-price award will be made as a lump sum including all delivery costs.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 1284LL26Q0108 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a new Orchard Air-Blast Sprayer, fully assembled, including delivery to the designated USDA ARS facility in Texas. The Orchard Air-Blast Sprayer will only be used in pecan orchards. The sprayer shall meet the minimum specifications listed below and shall include all accessories required for safe operation in an agricultural research environment.
