About this opportunity
The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) is seeking market research and information from potential vendors for a future procurement of a secure database application. The key requirements include the ability to transfer or convert the current MS Access database files, define and customize data fields, support multiple concurrent users, meet FISMA moderate security requirements, import and export data in various formats, create and customize reports, and provide user training and support. The Government is not requesting full proposals at this time, but rather a high-level technical overview and rough order of magnitude pricing.
There is no set-aside designation for this procurement. The Government has attached relevant documents, including an exhibit detailing the required database fields, a Request for Information (RFI) for the Administrative Sanctions Group (ASG) system, and a draft Statement of Work (SOW). The potential contract is expected to be a Firm Fixed Price award with a base year and four one-year option periods, with an initial user count of 8 that can be increased as needed. The total value of the contract is not specified in the pre-solicitation notice.
