About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Office of the Inspector General's Administrative Sanctions Group (OIG-ASG). The purpose of the RFI is to conduct market research and planning for a potential contract requirement to create and deploy a secure application to maintain records containing PII and sensitive information.
OPM-OIG-ASG is seeking a high-level technical overview and rough order of magnitude pricing from potential vendors to satisfy the requirement, which is expected to include a base year and four one-year option periods. The Government is not requesting a full proposal at this time, but is interested in understanding the vendors' proposed architecture and a basic cost estimate for labor categories, hours, and pricing. Vendors are advised that no proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in their responses, as the Government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information for any legally appropriate purpose, including the potential development of a solicitation.
