About this opportunity
Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARFORSOC) is conducting an RFI/sources sought through July 10, 2026, to determine market availability for Operational Readiness and Sustainment Services. This is market research only; no solicitation obligation exists. MARFORSOC will use responses to determine whether a follow-on RFP will be restricted to small businesses.
Performance occurs at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, supporting MARFORSOC logistics operations across planning, embarkation/mobility, supply administration, warehouse operations, ammunition control, motor transport, maintenance, communications-electronics, budget analysis, environmental compliance, and airborne/air delivery support. The requirement encompasses 86 full-time equivalent positions. All personnel require Secret clearance; some positions require TS/SCI clearance.
The anticipated contract vehicle is FFP, structured as a base year plus four option years plus a six-month extension. The pricing template specifies $362,500 total contract value across the five-year-and-six-month period, with labor priced at 1,912 hours per FTE annually, separate line items for SCLS Non-Exempt and Professional Exempt categories, capped annual travel of $30,000 (base/option years) and $75,000 (extension), and a 0.75% Contractor Access Fee applied to invoiced amounts.
Small businesses in all socioeconomic categories, including 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB, are encouraged to respond. Respondents should detail capability alignment with draft PWS requirements and may propose PWS improvements or cost-reduction methods. A draft Performance Work Statement and pricing template are attached for comment.
NAICS 561210 (Facilities Support Services); PSC R706 (Logistics Support Management).
