The solicitation / Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted as unrestricted and will also include Outreach and Admissions (OA) and Career Transition Services (CTS) for eligible individuals participating in the Job Corps program.

The Job Corps program was originally established by the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964. Current authorization for the program is provided by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) of 2014.
