Any and all redactions in this published document (that is, language marked out or deleted) have been identified and confirmed by the Government as contractor proprietary information which the Government must protect from unauthorized disclosure. Update #1 ·

Added: May 04, 2012 3:57 pm The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to contract using other than full and open competition for the following: Six month extension (i.e., four months plus two one-month options) for Transportation Threat Assessment and Credentialing (TTAC) Operations and Computing Environment (OCE) services.

The TSA is currently evaluating offers received in response to a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP). This extension effort is for the continuation of services until a new contract is awarded and transitioned. The period of performance for this extension is 28 May 2012 - 27 November 2012.

Accordingly, the TSA intends to award an extension to InfoZen, Inc., 9420 Key West Avenue, Suite 101, Rockville, MD 20850. This contract will address the requirements of the Office of Threat Assessment and Credentialing. The proposed contract action is for OCE Operations & Maintenance services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only the above designated source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. As stated above, TSA is currently evaluating offers received in response to a competitive RFP. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Interested vendors who may wish to seek subcontracting opportunities should contact the above named company directly.
