This announcement constitutes a Pre-Solicitation Notice.  Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), AFLCMC/PZIE, Wright-Patterson AFB Ohio intends to award up to 8 IDIQ contracts, on a limited sources basis to support the Open Mission Systems (OMS) and Universal Command and Control Interface (UCI) Standards Management and Pre-planned Product Improvement (P3I) efforts.  The Government anticipates the period of performance for these contract will be four (4) years, consisting of a base year, and three (3) one-year option periods. 


This is not a request for proposals.  A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.


A sources sought synopsis was posted to FedBizOpps on 06 February 2018. The announcement closed on 23 February 2018.  After evaluating all industry responses received, the government team determined the following eight viable sources to be eligible to participate: BAE Systems; The Boeing Company; General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI); Harris; Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, Advanced Development Programs; Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation Aerospace Systems Sector (NGAS) (includes both NG sectors); Raytheon Company, Space and Airborne Systems; and UTC Aerospace Systems (UTAS).
