The government will award the contract to the responsible company submitting the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer based on initial quotations without discussions, though discussions may be held with competitive range firms if necessary, in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. Questions must be submitted by March 26, 2026, at 16:00 hours Bangkok time, and quotations are due by April 9, 2026, at 16:00 hours Bangkok time, with no quotations accepted thereafter.
This procurement contains no set-aside designation and identifies no incumbent contractors. The specific award value or budget range is not disclosed in the solicitation materials. The government requires delivery of the lift equipment within 10 months of contract award to the U.S. Embassy Bangkok's GSO/Receiving Office at 95 Wireless Road, Lumpini, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330, with all pricing submitted in Thai Baht on a firm-fixed price, Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. The equipment must be of U.S. origin with authorized distributors and service centers in Thailand, and must include standard accessories consisting of one safety helmet, one full-body safety harness with lanyard, and one weatherproof machine cover. Warranty requirements include a minimum of one year or 1,000 operational hours for general coverage and five years for structural warranty on chassis and boom structure, with a mandated 48-hour response time for technician deployment upon equipment failure notification.
