Each finger pier has a running width of 1.83 meters for tires and an interior curb 0.33 meters wide. The piers have a clear spacing of 8.10 meters. The distance between the exterior edges of the finger piers is 12.42 meters. The inside clear height of the mobile boat hoist, when loaded, must be at least 11.27 meters.
The crane shall be assembled and operationally tested at the manufacturer’s facility and at the delivery site. Delivery shall include operational and maintenance training for the end-users. Contractor-provided test weights and gear will be required for load testing during field acceptance after delivery and installation in Panama City.
