Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, has a requirement for Oil Water Separator Services. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment and labor necessary to skim, empty and/or clean oil water separators (OWS), sediment/sand traps, grease traps, scum from final lift station and water from underground fuel storage containment's located at Tyndall AFB, Florida. The contractor shall also provide testing, upon request from the government, on oily water substances as identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Work shall comply with government and commercial standards. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, Headquarters Air Force standards, instructions and commercial practices.
The 325th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a formal solicitation on or about 1 Oct 2017 via Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps). The solicitation will result in a firm-fixed priced contract with a base twelve month period (estimated 1 November 2017 through 31 March 2018) and four (4) one-year option periods extending through 31 October 2022. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 562211 - the size standard is $38.5 million. The successful contractor to receive this award will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) where Past Performance when combined with Technical factors are as significant as price.
The entire solicitation will be made available only on the FedBizOpps website www.fbo.gov. No paper copies will be issued. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of this solicitation package and subsequent modifications. To be eligible for contract award offerors must be registered and marked active in the System for Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM website www.sam.gov. No bidder's mailing list will be maintained.
