The modification would extend the existing contract for 6 months to obtain scientific information analysis, scientific text analysis, scientific data analysis, program operations support, executive administrative support, and financial analysis and reporting services on an ongoing and as-needed basis. Interested contractors must submit capability statements by February 14, 2024 documenting their ability to provide the required services. The notice specifies this is not a request for competitive quotes but an opportunity for contractors to identify interest, though the NIH reserves sole discretion over any decision not to compete the modification. Eligible contractors must have the expertise and resources to independently perform the work outlined in six task areas to support OER's mission and functions.
