This announcement is to amend the solicitation to post the updated questions/answers for all interested parties and extend the close date/time for Octagon Shelter Repairs at Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
The solicitation and any amendments can be found and retrieved on SAM.gov. Please complete the SF Form
1442 as instructed.
All amendments must also be read - SF 30 can be signed and
returned once downloaded from SAM.gov or acknowledged that it was
reviewed in block19 on the SF 1442.

SOLICITATION NOTICE:
The National Park Service, Interior Regions 3,4 & 5, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Octagon Shelter Repairs project for Cuyahoga Valley National Park in Peninsula, OH.
Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary to repoint 3 chimneys, sandstone flooring repairs, basement floor repairs, excavate and seal basement walls, add tile line and gravel fill at exterior foundation to improve drainage.
SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6421R0021
PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $100,000 and $250,000.
TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract.
Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Summit County, OH will apply.
EVALUATION FACTORS: Technical, Past Performance, and Price.
North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 238390, and the size standard is $16.5 million. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses.
The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation.
REGISTRATIONS: In order to be awarded a contract, an offeror must have a DUNS number. Also, the offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), website at http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications at the time of the solicitation close date once the solicitation is posted.
