Gates must include horse-proof latches; Paddock Number 1 requires a divided separation gate (1 × 12 feet) and double gate (2 × 8.4 feet), and Paddock Number 2 requires a single 12-foot gate. Fencing and gates must carry a 10-year materials warranty; installation and workmanship warranty must be a minimum of one year from completion. Work is phased: Phase One covers Paddock Number 1, and Phase Two covers Paddock Number 2 with Contracting Officer approval required before Phase Two start.
