About this opportunity
The Securities and Exchange Commission published a Special Notice to award a sole source purchase order to Asset International Inc. for subscription to a web-based platform providing data on Employee Retirement Income Security Act Plans.
The SEC intends to use this data to support its regulatory mission and oversight of retirement plans. Under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13.501(a), it will award a fixed-price contract to Asset International Inc., as they are the only identified source that can meet the SEC's requirement by providing the needed ERISA data, data query functionality, and data visualization method. The anticipated contract would have a one year base period and four optional one year periods. Interested parties were invited to respond by August 23rd to be considered, however a competitive solicitation will not be issued as Asset International is deemed the sole qualified source to fulfill this need.
