About this opportunity

This Special Notice from the Securities and Exchange Commission announces its intent to award a single source purchase order to Center for Research in Security Prices, LLC. The SEC requires a service providing standard and derived historical data on various financial instruments and indices, delivered via the Wharton Research Data Services platform.

The SEC has determined CRSP is the only source that can reasonably meet its requirements, as CRSP is the sole provider of the necessary datasets through WRDS. The purchase order would be for one base year plus four option years, with an estimated total value below the simplified acquisition threshold. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities by February 28, 2024, but a competitive solicitation will not be issued as the award is intended for CRSP on March 31.
