About this opportunity

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has published a Special Notice regarding its intent to award a fixed-price purchase order on a single source basis to RPost Inc. for its RMail certified email delivery service. The SEC requires this service to allow for the secure and legally-accepted delivery of emails and attachments to defendants as part of its official proceedings.

The purpose of this Special Notice is to inform interested parties of the SEC's requirement and its intent to award a purchase order to RPost, the only known source that can reasonably meet the agency's needs. The purchase order will have a one-year base period with four one-year option periods, and the total value is anticipated to be below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. While this is not a competitive solicitation, the SEC is willing to consider interested parties that can demonstrate their capability to respond to the requirement by the response date of July 17, 2024. The order is set aside for small businesses, and the SEC intends to make the award on or about August 1, 2024.
