The purchase order will be structured as a fixed-price contract with an anticipated one-year base period and up to four optional renewal years, with a total award value below the simplified procedures threshold outlined in 12.201-1. Although this is not a competitive solicitation and no formal request for proposals will be issued, interested parties have until February 25, 2026, to demonstrate their capability and interest in fulfilling this requirement. There are no set-asides specified for this procurement, and any contractor wishing to be considered must submit evidence of their ability to meet the SEC's needs by the stated response date. The award is exclusively non-competitive based on the unique and proprietary nature of the required databases.
