This construction-only, stand-alone contract under NAICS code 238320 (Painting and Wall Covering Contractors) requires contractors to conduct field surveys, verify measurements, perform load evaluation and testing, and provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment for the complete project. The solicitation is expected to be released in July 2025, with a response deadline of July 30, 2025.

This opportunity does not utilize any set-aside designation and no incumbent contractors are identified in the notice. The government intends to award one Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with an estimated value between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The performance period is approximately 293 calendar days according to the pre-solicitation notice, though the draft statement of work specifies 263 calendar days for construction performance. Work must be conducted between 0800 and 1700 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding US legal holidays. The project scope includes repairing cracks and spalls, removing existing waterproofing materials and metal flashing, surface preparation, applying new silicon rubber waterproofing, repainting exterior concrete walls and roof eaves, and installing new signage across all five buildings.
