About this opportunity
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's Platform One Contracting Branch (AFLCMC/HNCKP) intends to sole source the Cerberus Help Desk Bridge 1 contract for Platform One, with responses due and award intended by November 10, 2026. The action carries no set-aside and rests on a 6.103-1 only-one-source justification under FAR Part 12 procedures. This is a notice of intent, not a request for proposals, and no solicitation is available. Scope covers technical troubleshooting, identity and access management, GPO administration, user onboarding and offboarding, license management, support documentation, maintenance, and defect backlog escalation. The period of performance is a 6-month base from date of award with one 6-month option. The bridge is justified by avoiding unacceptable operational, schedule, and transition risk. The long-term Cerberus Value Stream strategy depends on a follow-on contract the Government is structuring as full-and-open competition. The NAICS code is 541511 with a $34 million size standard. The Government retains discretion not to compete based on responses, and information received will be considered solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
