Potential respondents must submit written notifications to the Contracting Officer by April 7, 2025, demonstrating their ability to meet the stated requirements. Responses should include the firm's CAGE code and specify their business size according to the NAICS Code 541330 size standard of $25.5 Million.

The pre-solicitation notice indicates this will be a firm-fixed-price contract encompassing design services, advertisement, and construction phase support with the primary objective of enhancing building functionality and achieving full mission readiness. No specific set-aside designation has been applied to this opportunity. Questions about the solicitation should be directed to Luis Valencia via email at luis.a.valencia@usace.army.mil. While no specific award value is mentioned, the contract will focus on developing a comprehensive HVAC design solution for the UTTR Consolidated Mission Control Center.
