About this opportunity

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Engineering District New Orleans seeks to purchase brackish marsh mitigation bank credits located in the Deltaic Plain region of Louisiana to compensate for unavoidable habitat losses from construction of the Terrebonne Non-Federal Levee project. Offerors must propose credits from an approved mitigation bank meeting requirements such as credit type, assessment model, and conservation easement. Proposals are due by September 10, 2020 and will be evaluated based on a lowest price, technically acceptable determination.

There is no set-aside designation for this requirement. Credits will be purchased from a single mitigation bank sponsor through a sole source procurement. Place of performance will be in New Orleans, Louisiana, and award will provide for purchase of the necessary credits to fully mitigate impacts from the levee construction project, though a minimum purchase quantity was not specified.
