About this opportunity

The National Guard Bureau J53 issued a notice of intent to sole source the Marriott Savannah Riverfront for meeting space and audio-visual equipment rental for the 2026 State Partnership Program Annual Conference scheduled August 10–13, 2026 in Savannah, Georgia, with the response deadline of August 12, 2026. The requirement is restricted to Encore Group USA LLC for A/V services and equipment based on venue policy prohibiting operation of outside equipment on the property. The Government selected the Marriott Riverfront because preferred Government installations were unavailable, Savannah offered the lowest overall geographic travel and lodging costs, and the venue proved most economical among local commercial options. The conference will accommodate approximately 227 attendees and requires multiple meeting spaces with tables, chairs, video projection screens, monitors, microphones, high-speed internet access, and ancillary technician support for setup, operation, and takedown. A prior contract was awarded to Encore Group USA LLC under the same sole-source authority on April 14, 2023 (Contract Number W9133L23P3003). The Contracting Officer approved the justification under 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), certifying that anticipated costs are fair and reasonable based on market research comparison.
