About this opportunity
The Federal Bureau of Investigation announced its intent to sole-source a firm fixed-price maintenance contract to Agissar Corporation, with interested parties able to submit capability statements by 02:00 PM EST on August 20, 2026. The contract covers annual maintenance, repair, and cleaning of three IT6 High Speed Scanners, one IBML SoftTrac Site License, and twelve MBL Software Admin SoftTrac Licenses at the Central Records Complex in Winchester, Virginia, for the twelve-month period of September 28, 2026 through September 27, 2027. The FBI's Information Management Division requires the original equipment manufacturer as the sole provider because Agissar is the only vendor approved to maintain the IBML equipment; using another vendor would void all warranties. The Government invokes FAR 6.103-1 (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements) as justification for sole sourcing. This notice constitutes the only notice that will be published. Interested parties may contact Contracting Specialist Brian Bond at bkbond@fbi.gov to submit capabilities statements; responses by other means will not be considered.
