About this opportunity
The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has published a Special Notice indicating its intent to issue a sole source award to the San Diego Association of Governments for the provision of the Automated Regional Justice Information System (ARJIS) and the San Diego Users Network/California Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (eSUN/CLETS) services. These systems provide CBP with continuous 24/7 access and support to various law enforcement databases and applications across the San Diego, Los Angeles, and San Francisco areas.
The purpose of this Special Notice is to inform the public of CBP's intent to award a sole source contract and to solicit information from any vendors who believe they can provide the required services and meet the Statement of Work requirements. Interested vendors must submit their company's capabilities information via email to the Contract Specialist by the specified deadline. CBP will consider the received information solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement or proceed with the sole source award. The acquisition is unclassified, and Section 508 accessibility requirements apply with an approved exception for the ARJIS law enforcement database.
