Update #1 ·
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This sole source procurement is based on 41 U.S.A. 253 (c) (1) which states that supplies or services required by the agency are available from only one source. The TSA intends to award a SOLE SOURCE contract to Leidos Innovations Corporation, Inc., whose address is 1800 South Bell Street, Suite 1200, Arlington, VA 22202. This is a continuing requirement and follow-on effort for the continued operation and maintenance of TSA's human resources capabilities titled OHCAccess. OHCAccess supports the Office of Human Capital's mission to recruit, hire, and maintain a well-qualified workforce in compliance with the Aviation and Transportation Security Act (ATSA), Public Law 107-71 (November 19, 2001), and applicable federal human capital laws and regulations in support of TSA's mission. OHCAccess is dynamic, responsive, high performing, and contributes to TSA meeting its strategic goals of employing a highly-capable workforce to protect the nation's airports, railways and ports.
The Transportation Security Administration intends to negotiate with only one source; no other supplies or services will satisfy the requirement. Therefore, proposals will not be accepted directly to this requirement. This award will be made without further notice.
