About this opportunity

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), under the Department of Defense, published a Special Notice on April 29, 2026, announcing its intent to sole source a contract extension for the ACADIA program under contract number HM047619C0002. This notice is issued in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and represents a non-competitive procurement action. The NGA is seeking to extend the current contract to maintain service continuity while a competitive follow-on acquisition (ACADIA II) is being conducted. No formal solicitation will be posted, as this is not a request for competitive proposals. The notice provides an opportunity for interested parties to submit capability statements for consideration.

The ACADIA contract extension provides Test and Evaluation services including image quality and utility assurance, data quality standards management, technical support, and development and operation of automated testing tools in cloud and DevOps environments. While the extension will be sole-sourced without competition, any responsible source believing it can meet the requirements may submit a detailed capability statement with supporting evidence via unclassified email to the identified points of contact for NGA consideration. The deadline for interested parties to submit capability statements is May 13, 2026. There are no specific stated eligibility restrictions; however, potential contractors must demonstrate their ability to comply with the stated requirements and be considered a responsible source. This notice represents an opportunity for contractors with relevant test and evaluation capabilities to express interest in supporting NGA's geospatial intelligence operations.
