About this opportunity

The General Services Administration (GSA) Public Buildings Service is seeking to lease office space in Port St. Lucie, Florida, as its current lease is expiring. The agency is evaluating alternative space options if economically advantageous, making this a preliminary market assessment rather than a formal solicitation. Interested parties must submit Expressions of Interest by March 3, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST to the Lease Contracting Officer, Nicholas Dippel, at Nicholas.Dippel@gsa.gov or 267-496-5427. The Government will evaluate proposals based on space availability, relocation costs (including physical move expenses, tenant improvement replication, and telecommunications infrastructure), and potential agency downtime. Offered space must comply with fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per lease terms, be fully serviced, and not be located in the 100-year flood plain. The anticipated occupancy date is April 1, 2026.

This is not a formal request for proposals or solicitation for offers, and the Government will not reimburse any costs incurred by interested parties as a result of this advertisement. No set-aside designation has been applied to this opportunity. The required space consists of 9,502 assignable square feet of office space with 25 reserved surface parking spaces, structured under a 5-year firm lease term with a 10-year full-term option available. No specific award value or budget range is disclosed in this pre-solicitation notice, as the Government is conducting a preliminary evaluation of market conditions and alternative options.

Notice text

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility,
seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced
lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.

The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building
under a lease in Port St. Lucie, Florida that will be expiring. The Government is
considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this
determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the
availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s
requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as
physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication
infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. This is not a solicitation for
offers or a request for proposals. The Government will not pay any costs
incurred as a result of this advertisement.
