The space requirements are clearly defined with the minimum square footage set at 51,586 ANSI/BOMA office area and maximum at 56,745 square feet. The timeline appears focused on the immediate need to identify suitable properties, with the August 19, 2025 deadline for location submissions being the primary time-sensitive requirement.
