About this opportunity
The U.S. Mission to the European Union (USEU) in Brussels intends to award a sole-source contract for the fabrication, delivery, and installation of custom executive office furniture by June 12, 2026. The requirement covers two sofas, four armchairs, one coffee table, and one side table designed and manufactured to match existing architectural finishes, woodwork, dimensions, materials, and design character of the Executive Suite. Performance occurs within the controlled-access area of the U.S. Mission to the EU, requiring site visits, measurements, delivery coordination, and installation activities within a sensitive diplomatic facility. Contractor personnel must comply with USG/Embassy and local Belgian security procedures, access controls, escort requirements, and personnel screening requirements. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to complete the work. Access limitation to personnel familiar with the facility and its security protocols is essential to minimize operational disruptions and reduce security risks associated to restricted Embassy spaces.
