About this opportunity

The Department of the Army National Guard has issued a Special Notice announcing its intent to award a sole source Purchase Order to Fluke Electronics for service and calibration of eighteen (18) Fluke Electronics DSX-8000 Cable Analyzers. This requirement is being issued under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), which allows contracting officers to solicit from a single source when the circumstances deem only one source reasonably available.

The purpose of this Special Notice is to inform interested parties of the 133rd Minnesota Air National Guard's (MNANG) requirement for manufacturer-certified technical expertise to perform diagnostics, cleaning, calibration, and one-year warranty services on the Fluke Cable Analyzers. The MNANG believes Fluke Electronics is the sole source capable of providing these services in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. Contractors capable of meeting this requirement are instructed to immediately contact Lt Col Ann Feist via email. The MNANG intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for this work.
