The notice is being distributed exclusively through SAM.gov and is not a competitive solicitation. The associated NAICS code for this procurement is 333413 for Industrial and Commercial Fan and Blower and Air Purification Equipment Manufacturing.
Contractors interested in responding to this notice must submit their capabilities via email to Contracting Officer Bryan Lane by February 6th, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST. Participation requires vendors to be registered in SAM with current and accurate information, including TIN, EFT, DUNs, UEI, addresses, and contact details. The FBI emphasizes that responses will be considered solely to determine whether a competitive procurement is warranted, and the government retains full discretion in making this determination. No reimbursement will be provided for preparing capability information, and the notice does not bind the government to solicit or award a contract. Interested parties should carefully monitor SAM.gov for the most up-to-date information about this potential acquisition.
