Responsible sources believing they can meet the requirements must submit a capabilities statement to Contracting Officer Caitlin M. Jenkins at caitlin.m.jenkins@cbp.dhs.gov by the September 3 deadline. The Government retains sole discretion to compete or not compete based on responses received. Contractors must comply with electronic payment submission through the Department of the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform unless a waiver is approved.
