About this opportunity

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, issued a Notice of Intent on May 21, 2026 to restrict competition and negotiate an award with Olympus America, Inc. for colonoscopes with Scope Guide technology and gastroscopes with high-definition imaging and NBI technology; capability statements are due by 4:30 PM (MST) on June 5, 2026. Vendors believing they can meet the stated requirements may submit written capability statements only—verbal responses will not be considered—to karen.james@ihs.gov. The Government retains sole discretion to determine whether to conduct competition based on responses received; this notice is not a request for quotations, and no solicitation will be issued in conjunction with it.
