The federal contract opportunity was posted on April 11, 2025, with a response deadline of April 16, 2025. The targeted sole source contractor is America Safe Air, though the notice invites other qualified parties to submit capability statements demonstrating their ability to provide equivalent services. The maintenance contract requires that all personnel performing work be U.S. citizens with appropriate security clearances, specifically at a moderate risk level necessitating background investigations. The contract period runs from April 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, with provisions for annual renewal starting January 1. Key service requirements include detailed quarterly inspections and repairs of critical suite components such as panel joints, door seals, air pressure systems, HEPA filters, air scrubbers, and downdraft tables.
