About this opportunity

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Stennis Space Center (SSC) has issued a Notice of Availability (NOA) to seek potential industry interest in the development of approximately 2,865 acres of non-excess, underutilized land at the SSC facility in Southeast Mississippi.

The purpose of this NOA is to increase commercial access to space, enhance U.S. commercial competitiveness, and diversify the user base and operations at SSC. NASA is looking to identify industry, public, and private entities interested in leasing the land for development. Respondents must submit their information electronically within 15 days of the NOA posting, and NASA may issue a subsequent Announcement for Proposals based on the responses received. NASA will not consider proposed uses deemed incompatible with the SSC Strategic Plan or that negatively impact NASA's mission.
