The Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is conducting a market survey to identify the availability and interest of qualified Small, Small Disadvantaged, Small Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Historically Underutilized Business Zones, and certified 8(a) firms and large businesses as potential sources to remove overhead distribution and power poles and replace with all new underground main distribution services with pad mounted transformers serving distribution panels which serve one or more buildings. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The Small Business Size Standard is $15 million. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
