Quotes are due by December 10, 2019 and will be evaluated on technical capability, past performance, and price. Key deliverables include site survey reports within two weeks and biweekly updates through project completion by December 2021.

This requirement is open to all small businesses. The primary NAICS code is 541690 and PSC code R425. Performance will take place at 64 sites across the continental United States. A firm-fixed price purchase order up to $312,000 is contemplated to cover surveys from April 2020 through December 2021, including other direct costs and travel expenses. The solicitation was amended to extend the response deadline and provide clarification on survey parameters.
