About this opportunity

The database must provide unrestricted online access to import and export data with detailed querying and data extraction capabilities across multiple formats including Excel, Text, and CSV, covering monthly data for at least 80 countries with 8-digit or more detailed HS codes and historical data extending back to specific years. The solicitation requires data fields including Reporting Country, Partner Country, HS Code, Quantity, Customs Value, and Unit Value, with approximately 83 users anticipated to access the system. The original Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0125Q0187 was issued on August 5, 2025, with the response deadline extended via amendment to August 15, 2025. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award, and responses may be submitted via email to the contracting officer at krschneider@usgs.gov. The place of performance appears to be online database access services delivered to the NMIC facility in Reston, Virginia.
