140G0125Q0187 Amendment 001 Q&A

1) The tender says that the size standard is 1,000 employees. Will USGS consider proposals from large business entities (above 1,000 employees)?

a. NAICS size standards are used to determine whether a business qualifies as small for federal contracting purposes. This requirement is being competed as full and open so yes, large businesses will be considered.

2) Also, do you know roughly how many users NMIC would need?

a. Approximately 83 users.

3) Is there any incumbent/recompete or this is a brand-new project? If yes, could you please provide us with their award number or even if the customer bought similar services in the past.

a. Previously purchased on 140G0121P0374
