About this opportunity
NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia is preparing to solicit a sole source procurement for specific aircraft parts related to a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) repair for Greece. The procurement involves three line items: a plate assembly, a drive shaft coupling, and another drive shaft coupling, all with specific part numbers and NSNs. The government intends to negotiate exclusively with Sikorsky and will not delay the procurement to wait for potential Source Approval Request (SAR) approvals. Proposals will be accepted within 45 days of the synopsis, and electronic procedures will be used for the solicitation, which will be posted to NECO. All proposals received during this period will be considered, though this is not a competitive procurement request. The contact for submitting capabilities and qualifications is Julianna R. MacRillo, and proposals should be sent via email.
The procurement is designated as an 8(a) Sole Source opportunity and is not a Total Small Business Set-Aside. It will be awarded under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00383-22-G-Y601, with an anticipated award date in December 2025. The total quantity of parts is three units across the specified line items, all within the Product Service Code (PSC) 1615 for helicopter rotor blades, drive mechanisms, and components. The procurement falls under NAICS category 336413 for Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing. No drawings or data are available, and the government does not own the data rights to purchase these parts from alternative sources. The contract will be executed using provisions and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 15, and no commercial item acquisition policies from FAR Part 12 will be applied.
