The primary services required include cleaning approximately 3,747 square feet of exterior stone and brick surfaces using the gentlest means possible, removing and replacing approximately 375 square feet of loose and cracked mortar to a depth of three times the joint width with matching mortar, and inspecting and replacing glazing on approximately 16 multiple-pane steel frame windows. Only small businesses registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) under NAICS code 238140 (Masonry Contractors) with a size standard of $19.0 million are eligible to respond. Contractors must submit company details including name, address, contact information, UEI number, size status, and SBA certifications, along with a capability statement detailing bonding limits and company qualifications. Responses are due by 1200 CST on December 23, 2025, via email to adam_kircher@nps.gov, and all costs associated with providing response information are the contractor's responsibility.

This pre-solicitation notice does not utilize any set-aside designations and identifies no incumbent contractors. The anticipated project magnitude ranges between $25,000 and $100,000, with work expected to begin in late March 2026. Interested contractors should carefully consider their construction bonding capacities when evaluating their ability to compete, as bonding limits will be a key component of the capability assessment. The Contracting Officer will use the results of this market survey to determine the overall acquisition strategy for the project. No formal solicitation has been issued at this time; this market research effort will inform the government's procurement approach and contractor pool for potential future contract award.
