Update #2 ·
Added: Feb 22, 2010 1:04 pm Modified: Jun 09, 2010 4:52 pmTrack Changes This project consists of replacing an existing 24 corrugated steel culvert with a 72 corrugated steel culvert on Forest Road 648 (Lower Cougar Road). Other types of work included in this project are placing riprap aprons, streambed simulation inside the new culvert, channel realignment and replacement of roadway and aggregate. The project location is at M.P 1.5 on FS Road 648. Approximately 10 miles from the intersection of Forest Road 244 and State Route 13 near Harpster Idaho. The distance from Grangeville is approximately 20 miles. Estimated price range for the project is $25,000-$100,000. The scope of work was changed during the solicitation preparation to include aggregate placement on 0.64 miles of Forest Road 1851. Because of this change, soliciting this project as an emerging small business set-aside was no longer appropriate. Therefore, solicitation is now being issued as a total HUBzone small business set-aside. Quoters must be certified HUBzone concerns with the U.S. Small Business Administration in order to be considered. For information regarding the on-line application process, go to the following website: https://eweb1.sba.gov/hubzone/internet/. Please note that this process can take 120 days or more to complete.
