The contractor must deliver meeting space with a main ballroom accommodating 400 people, two breakout rooms, and a ballroom foyer, along with extensive audio-visual support including multiple screens, projectors, microphones, and livestream capabilities. The event's purpose is to brief families of missing servicemen from WWII, Korean War, Cold War, and Vietnam War on U.S. government efforts to recover and return their loved ones' remains.
