About this opportunity

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is seeking contractor-owned and operated aircraft for the Fleet Fighter Jet program. The program aims to provide a variety of airborne threat simulation capabilities for training purposes, including Electronic Warfare (EW) operations, and Acquisition Program Testing and Evaluation (T&E) Support. The anticipated award of a Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract will have an ordering period of 4 years and 364 days, with the final Request for Proposal (RFP) expected to be issued in the first quarter of FY24.

List of services and products to be provided:

  1. Contractor-owned and operated aircraft
  2. Airborne threat simulation capabilities
  3. Training for shipboard and aircraft squadron weapon systems operators and aircrew
  4. Electronic Warfare (EW) operations
  5. Acquisition Program Testing and Evaluation (T&E) Support.
