This is a one-time purchase, non-competitive sources-sought notice issued to assess contractor capability and market capacity, with no RFQ currently released. MRCO-W will use responses to determine whether a small business set-aside is appropriate.

Equipment must meet full specifications in Attachment 1, including accommodation of patients up to 10 kg, a main access door measuring 21.6 x 57 cm with six oval hand ports (13 x 9 x 16.5 cm), eight access ports for tubing, and a mattress measuring 31.8 x 61.0 x 2.5 cm. The system must feature a 17.8 cm touch screen (800 x 480 pixels) with data trending and output display, comprehensive alarm functions including temperature monitoring and power-fail detection (50–65 dBA adjustable speaker intensity), ISO 13485 certification, vibration isolation, and quick-release mechanisms requiring no tools. Power input is 100–240 VAC at 50/60 Hz with 3 A maximum draw. Offerors must confirm product compliance with salient characteristics and may note existing contract vehicles (such as GSA schedules) through which the requirement can be satisfied. Responses should be sent to cathy.l.harris2.civ@health.mil with organization name, CAGE code, point of contact, and capability confirmation.
