Contractors must be registered as a small business in SAM.gov under NAICS code 238110 and possess the capability to complete concrete work with specific technical requirements, including #4 rebar reinforcement, colored concrete with medium texture, and a 6-inch compacted road base layer. Interested firms are required to submit a completed Sources Sought Survey via email to jessica_owens@nps.gov by March 4, 2025, at 1200 EST, referencing the project number 140P1525R0007. The opportunity is not set aside for any specific socio-economic category beyond the small business designation, with a small business size standard of $19.0M for the NAICS code. The anticipated construction magnitude is less than $25,000, with potential work expected to commence in late April or early May 2025. The concrete replacement project will specifically involve 94 square feet of 4-inch deep sidewalk and 98 square feet of 6-inch deep driveway apron per residence, totaling 612 square feet of concrete work across the three houses. Construction limits will be restricted to one foot around the project area, and all demolished concrete must be removed by the contractor. While this is currently a market research initiative, any future formal solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov for interested parties to review and bid.
