This is not a request for proposals or quotations, and no formal solicitation document currently exists.
The purpose of this notice is to inform potential contractors of the government's intent to award a sole source contract while providing an opportunity for other capable vendors to express their interest and demonstrate comparable capabilities. Interested parties must submit detailed Expressions of Interest (EOI) including pricing data, technical capabilities, and sufficient information to demonstrate they can provide comparable services to the government's requirements. All responses must be emailed to Steven.Abbey@FPS.DHS.gov by 4:00 PM EST on September 3, 2025, with submitters responsible for ensuring timely delivery. The government will consider all EOIs received prior to the deadline solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement instead of the planned sole source award.
