The procurement requires vendors to provide cabinets in three different sizes (one 32-24 key/5-card, one 32-key, and one 16-key), each equipped with integrated fingerprint readers, 300 blank key locks (100 per cabinet), and a three-year extended warranty, along with two KSI Enrollment Stations to support the systems. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns, and all contractors must be certified as SDVOSB in the Small Business Administration database. Contractors are subject to a subcontracting limitation requiring that no more than 50% of the contract amount be paid to non-certified SDVOSB firms. The work will be performed at 1310 24th Avenue South, Nashville, Tennessee 37212, with installation scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, coordinated with the Contracting Officer Representative. All contractor employees must have background checks completed, wear proper identification, and comply with VA safety and conduct standards. A wage determination (2015-4647 Rev. 30) applies with occupational rates and fringe benefits that contractors must observe during performance.
