About this opportunity

The Naval Supply Systems Command, an agency within the Department of the Navy, is seeking eligible contractors to repair five units of Circuit Card Assemblies (NIIN 015638441, Part Number 6399109-110) used in the F-18 Navy Weapon System. All responsible sources may submit capability statements to demonstrate their interest and qualifications to perform this work. The response deadline for interested contractors is February 5, 2026, which is 15 days following the publication of this sources sought notice on January 21, 2026. The Government reserves the discretion to determine whether to compete this proposed contract based on responses received, and a determination not to compete will be solely at the Government's discretion.

This procurement carries no small business set-aside designation. Raytheon Company is identified as the incumbent contractor under the Government's current intent to award a sole-source contract. The notice does not specify a total contract value or budget range. Interested contractors who are not currently approved sources must submit source approval documentation along with their proposals, as source approval is required to proceed with contracting; however, the Government will not delay award pending source approval. The work involves repair of components critical to F-18 weapon system operations, with the electrical and electronic assemblies classified under NAICS 336413 and PSC 5998.
