The project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials and labor for the historic rehabilitation & code compliance of Building 405, which is among the few remaining original buildings at the Mt. See solicitation posting (to be issued at a later date) for the complete requirements of the work.

The performance period for the project, at this time, is contemplated to be 550 calendar days from issuance of the Notice To Proceed (NTP).

Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the base project is over $10,000,000.
